I’m a visionary tech entrepreneur and the President and CEO of Edora Health.

I’m building Edora Health, bringing healthcare out of hospitals and into people’s homes, similar to home services. I also buy home care and home service businesses, fix what’s broken, and turn them into money-printing machines.

I’m looking for healthcare businesses for sale in the US and Canada, preferably $2M+ EBITDA.

I mostly spend my time fixing broken operations, hiring killers, and scaling cash-flow machines. Before this, I founded and sold four tiny software/internet businesses after graduating from USC with a degree in Biomedical Engineering (don’t worry, I don’t use it).

My motto? Upgrade the world.
